Code of Conduct for third parties at One Click Actions

One Click Actions is committed to the highest standards of ethics, integrity and responsibility in all its activities. We expect all third parties, including suppliers, consultants, service providers, business partners and all others who work with us, to share and adhere to these principles. This Code of Conduct for Third Parties sets out our expectations in key areas and is an integral part of our corporate values.
1. legal conformity
All third parties working with One Click Actions must:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including national and international laws in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
- Comply with data protection and data security regulations, such as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other relevant data protection laws.
- Avoid corruption and bribery and comply with applicable anti-corruption laws such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Anti-Bribery Act.
2. ethical behavior and integrity
One Click Actions acts with honesty and integrity. We expect our third parties to:
- Avoid conflicts of interest: do not pursue any activities that could directly or indirectly conflict with the interests of One Click Actions.
- Provide honest and accurate information in their communications and transactions and avoid any form of deception or fraud.
- comply with transparency standards in all reports and in the conduct of its business activities.
3. human and labor rights
We expect all third parties to respect fundamental human and labor rights and to comply with international standards in these areas, including those established by the International Labor Organization (ILO). These include:
- Fair working conditions: Provide decent and safe working conditions and fair remuneration in accordance with local laws.
- Prohibition of child labor and forced labor: No support or involvement of child labor or forced labor in any form.
- Equal treatment and non-discrimination: Ensuring that all employees are treated with dignity and respect and given equal opportunities without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics.
4. environmentally friendly practices
One Click Actions promotes sustainability and environmental protection in all aspects of its business. We require our third parties to:
- implement environmental management practices and reduce their ecological footprint by conserving resources and avoiding waste.
- comply with environmental laws and regulations that apply in their respective jurisdictions.
- Take measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote sustainability through the use of renewable energies and clean technologies.
5. health and safety in the workplace
It is crucial that all third parties provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees. With this in mind, we expect them to:
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Implement policies and procedures to prevent workplace accidents and regularly train their employees in safe practices.
- Immediately eliminate hazards and risks that could endanger the safety or health of employees or visitors.
6 Confidentiality and protection of information
Confidentiality and privacy are of paramount importance to One Click Actions. We expect our third parties to:
- Respect the confidentiality of One Click Actions information as well as employee, customer and supplier data.
- Protect personal and sensitive data appropriately and comply with data protection laws and One Click Actions requirements.
- Immediately report any security incidents that could jeopardize the confidentiality or protection of the data associated with One Click Actions.
7. innovation and continuous improvement
We value third parties that strive to continuously improve and innovate their processes and services. This includes:
- Commitment to improving quality and efficiency in their operations to provide the best service to One Click Actions.
- Use of new technologies and proven processes that promote innovation, growth and sustainability.
- Proactive problem solving by preventing issues before they become incidents that could affect the business relationship with One Click Actions.
8. consequences of non-compliance
One Click Actions reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of any breach of the principles set out in this Code. These actions may include:
- Formal warnings for minor violations.
- Suspension or termination of the business relationship in the event of serious or repeated violations.
- Legal action if the violation has caused material or reputational damage to One Click Actions.
9. updates to this guideline
One Click Actions may periodically update this Third Party Code of Conduct. Any updates will be communicated appropriately and we expect all third parties to comply with the updated versions of this policy.
