Abuse policy of One Click Actions

One Click Actions is committed to thoroughly investigating and responding appropriately to all instances of abuse that could compromise the security, integrity and reputation of our services. This policy outlines the steps for reporting, investigating and dealing with incidents of abuse in connection with our services and sets out how we will respond to violations of our Terms of Use and applicable laws.

- Abuse: Any action that violates the One Click Actions Terms of Use, jeopardizes the security and integrity of our systems, or is inconsistent with legal and ethical standards. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:

- Phishing: Attempts to obtain confidential information such as passwords, bank details or identity information by posing as a trustworthy source.
- Malware distribution: The distribution of malware, including viruses, Trojans and other malicious software.
- Child pornography and sexual exploitation: Any content that involves or supports the depiction or abuse of minors.
- Copyright infringement: Any act that infringes intellectual property rights, such as the unauthorized distribution or use of copyrighted works.
- Hate speech and discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin or other protected characteristics.
- Denial-of-service (DoS) attacks: Attacks that aim to impair the functionality of our or other networks and services.
2. procedure for reporting cases of abuse
- Reporting cases of abuse: Anyone who suspects or observes abuse in connection with the services of One Click Actions can report this to us. In order to ensure efficient processing, we ask you to send the abuse report by e-mail to abuse@oneclickactions.com or to use our online reporting form.
- Required information: To make your report complete and comprehensible, please provide the following information:
- Description of the abuse: A detailed description of the incident, including the nature of the abuse and the services affected.
- Relevant domains/IP addresses: Specify the domains or IP addresses associated with the abuse case.
- Evidence: Attach any available evidence, such as copies of emails, screenshots or log files.
- Contact details: Name, e-mail address and, if applicable, telephone number where we can reach you for any queries.
- Anonymity of reports: If desired, abuse reports can be submitted anonymously. Please note, however, that this may make processing more difficult, as we may require additional information for verification.
3. procedure for processing abuse reports
- Confirmation of receipt: Upon receipt of an abuse report, One Click Actions will send a confirmation of receipt to the e-mail address of the reporter specified in the form, if provided.
- Incident investigation: A team of security specialists thoroughly investigates the reported incidents. The investigation usually takes place within 24-72 hours of receiving the complete report, but may take longer for more complex cases.
- Internal communication and escalation: Depending on the severity of the breach, we may refer the case to our internal legal departments and, if necessary, to external bodies such as law enforcement authorities.
- Taking action: In the event of confirmed abuse, One Click Actions reserves the right to take action, such as:
- Suspension or termination of the affected services: Services directly related to the abuse can be suspended or permanently terminated.
- Removal of problematic content: Content that is classified as abusive is removed to ensure the safety and protection of all users.
- Notification of the affected customer: The customer whose account is affected will be informed of the measures and the reasons for them.
- Cooperation with the authorities: In cases of serious misuse, especially in the case of criminal violations, One Click Actions works together with the relevant authorities and provides the necessary information.
4. measures against repeat offenders
- Warnings and notifications: Customers who violate our abuse policy for the first time are usually notified with a warning and given instructions on how to remedy the violation.
- Stricter sanctions for repeated violations: In the event of repeated or particularly serious violations of our abuse policy, One Click Actions reserves the right to permanently terminate the customer’s access to the services and place the customer on an internal blacklist.
- Cooperation with other service providers: In cases of serious abuse, One Click Actions may share information about the incident and the customer with other hosting providers and relevant organizations to prevent further breaches.
5. important information on abuse reports
- Feedback to the reporter: Due to data protection guidelines and legal regulations, it may not be possible for us to inform the reporter of the outcome of the investigation. We ask for your understanding that our main goal is the confidentiality and security of all customers.
- Privacy protection: All abuse reports and personal data collected in connection with the investigation will be processed and stored in accordance with our privacy policy and the applicable data protection laws in Germany.
- Misuse of abuse reports: Submitting false abuse reports may be considered an abuse of the reporting process and may result in legal action. Abuse of the complaint submission system will not be tolerated by One Click Actions and may result in suspension or exclusion from future reports.
