General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of One Click Actions

  1. Introduction
    • This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the services offered by One Click Actions, including hosting, bespoke web design services, domain sales and GPL licensed products. By using these services, the user agrees to the terms and conditions set out in this document.
  2. Services offered
    • One Click Actions offers hosting packages including pre-installed WordPress and WooCommerce plans, custom web design services and customizable templates under GPL license, as well as domain sales and management.
  3. Domain registration and transfer
    • Customers can register and transfer domains via One Click Actions. Users are responsible for keeping their registration data up to date and renewing their domains on time.
  4. Setup and installation
    • WordPress and WooCommerce plans include pre-installation and customizable templates. Due to the specific configuration, these plans are non-refundable.
  5. Refund policy
    • WordPress and WooCommerce plans are not eligible for refunds as they include pre-installation and provided customizable products. Other services may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.
  6. Permitted use and restrictions
    • Users may not use the services of One Click Actions for illegal, fraudulent or infringing activities. The sending of spam, the hosting of inappropriate content or any action that violates the usage guidelines is prohibited.
  7. Intellectual property and GPL license
    • The products distributed under the GPL license can be personalized by the user and used in accordance with this license. The customer is responsible for the proper use of the products.
  8. Payments, extensions and terminations
    • Standard payment methods are accepted. Customers can choose between automatic or manual renewals and must cancel in accordance with the specified conditions to avoid unnecessary charges.
  9. Data protection and privacy
    • In accordance with the GDPR, One Click Actions protects the personal data of users and uses it only for the purposes described in the privacy policy. Users have the right to access, modify or delete their data.
  10. Limitation of liability
    • One Click Actions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of the use of its services to the extent permitted by German law.
  11. Interruption of service and termination
    • Failure to comply with these terms may result in interruption or termination of services. One Click Actions reserves the right to suspend services if activities violate the guidelines or jeopardize the infrastructure.
  12. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
    • This agreement is subject to German law. Disputes shall be settled exclusively before German courts.
  13. Change of conditions
    • One Click Actions may change these terms and conditions at any time and will notify users of material changes on the website.
  14. Use of the services by third parties
    • The customer may allow third parties to use the services, but is responsible for their conduct and must ensure that they comply with the terms and conditions.
  15. Responsibility for user content
    • Users are responsible for the content they host and must ensure that it does not infringe any copyrights or violate any applicable laws.
  16. Technical support
    • One Click Actions offers basic technical support. Additional support services must be agreed separately.
  17. Transfer of ownership
    • Customers can transfer domains and other services to new registrants under the conditions of One Click Actions.
  18. Personal information and communication
    • By accepting these terms, the user agrees that One Click Actions may use their information for service-related communications such as renewals or notifications.
  19. Security and access control
    • One Click Actions implements security measures to protect access to the Services, but assumes no liability for security breaches caused by external factors or user negligence.
  20. Responsibility of the user when using GPL tools
    • The products licensed under the GPL license can be modified by the user, but One Click Actions assumes no responsibility for any changes made.
  21. Intellectual property disputes
    • One Click Actions reserves the right to remove content that infringes intellectual property rights and to comply with requests related to disputes.
  22. Voluntary termination by the user
    • Users can cancel their services at any time, but must follow the established process to avoid renewal fees.
  23. Availability and guarantees of the service
    • The services are provided “as is”. No specific availability guarantees are given, although continuous availability is aimed for.
  24. Links and third-party services
    • One Click Actions is not responsible for external links or third party services that the user uses in connection with the products or services offered.
